WHO AM I?
My name is Hailley Griffis, I am a dynamic communications professional, passionate about sharing knowledge.
WHAT DO I DO?
I engage audiences through my strong public relations and social media skills. From managing social media accounts and campaigns, to being “the face” of organizations, I have consistently engaged my target audience through the tactful and professional use of online media. When outside the work place I take my passion to the next level with this self-started blog where I write about resources for young professionals.
A Little Bit More About Me
Through my work in public relations, I have gained knowledge and experience in media relations, including understanding various principles and practices. Furthermore, I developed the ability to build and maintain relationships with members of the media.
I have created, executed, and reported on social media campaigns that have resulted in positive brand awareness through Facebook and Twitter. During the social media campaigns, I also monitored and managed brand reputation, utilized social media channels, in addition to responding and interacting with the target audiences appropriately.
Having organized various events, I am able to organize and execute several projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks, often under tight deadlines. I possess strong project management skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
I am tech-savvy with a passion for new, emerging technologies and trends.
I am confident, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, able to adapt quickly and creatively to changing circumstances and able to work independently or as part of a team. I have strong interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to develop rapport and credibility with people at all organizational levels, while forming strong relationships.
